'A Trembling Flame' is Moira Murphy's first solo album, available September 6th. This meditative collection features vocals, synth, ambient guitar, singing bowls, tingsha bells, and frame drum that create an ethereal atmosphere.

The majority of the tracks are Moira's arrangements of chants by the 12th century polymath Hildegard von Bingen. The album also features 2 arrangements of hymns by trailblazing Byzantine nun Kassia and one new original composition.
